Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web-based applications and web services in a client-server environment
- Script .Net code to test services
- Adhere to process and complete assigned activities on time
- Provide different testing flows/methods for given scenarios
- Perform functional, database, and ETL testing
- Perform Sanity, Functional, End-to-End integration, and Regression testing independently following SCRUM guidelines
- Adhere to test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Development, QA, Project Manager, BA, and onsite teams) for successful test coverage and quality
- Escalate and follow up on blocking issues and deviations from SOPs
- Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Good knowledge of .Net, SQL, and Automation with C#/.Net (experience desirable)
- Good knowledge of the Test Management process
- Good knowledge of DB, SQL, and understanding of UML
- Experience in functional/automation testing is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in TFS/MTM
- Clear understanding/experience in Scrum methodologies
- Experience in API testing and SOAP/REST service automation
